Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.
Delivery Timeframe
Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within the following estimated timeframes after dispatch:
- West Malaysia: 1-3 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 3-5 working days
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods such as festive seasons and sales events.
Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Delivery Rates (Malaysia)
Standard Delivery - West Malaysia
- Shipping fee: RM10
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 working days (excluding rural areas)
- Free shipping with minimum purchase of RM150
Standard Delivery - East Malaysia
- Shipping fee: RM15
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days (excluding rural areas)
- Free shipping with minimum purchase of RM150
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Shipping is carried out on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or when stock availability is limited. Customers will be informed if delays occur.
Unpaid Orders
Orders without payment confirmation will be reserved for up to 24 hours only, unless stated otherwise.
Privacy Assurance
Customer information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold to unrelated third parties.
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned for a refund within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Returns must be sent via a courier service with a valid tracking number
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all included components
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed via online banking after returned items have been received and inspected
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours together with order number with clear photo evidence. For verified cases of severe damage or missing items, we will arrange for a replacement with a full refund of the item.
This policy does not apply to delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
